All items ship from Texas via USPS, after payment has been cleared.

• Felt Sheets
  Ship out 5–7 business days after payment is cleared (+2 days), via USPS.

• Felt Flower Cuts
  Ship out 5–7 business days after payment is cleared (+2 days), via USPS.

• RTS (Ready-to-Ship) Items
  Ship out 3-5 business days after payment is cleared (+2 days), via USPS.

• Pre-Order Items (Felt)
  3 week turnaround time, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

• Wholesale Orders
  Turnaround time depends on the order size — typically 2–3 weeks.

📬 Important Shipping Policies

• Once your package is dropped off at USPS, Bellasflowers – LMGC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• You will receive tracking information via email through Pirate Ship.

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact your local USPS branch for assistance.

• We cannot replace or refund items that are marked as delivered by USPS.
